BRAIN GYM


A movement - a particular movement that is believed can affect the brain, it is this that triggers the creation of the brain gym.


It is important to know, the left brain function in terms of - things that relate to logic, reason, ability to write and read, and math centers. Where as the right brain function for socialization, communication, interaction withother human beings, emotional control, ability to feel, integrate and expression of the body (such as dancing, singing and painting). Methods of brain gym as follows :

1. Water consumption.
