Importance of Sports


Do sports regularly can help to filtering fat and cholesterol. Some research shows that people who do sport on a regular have a relative low cholesterol and HDL level is relative high.

There are various sports that can be your choice to increase body fitness, but the best type is aerobic sports. Aerobic sports that are simple and inexpensiveand can be done by anyone and at any time. Aerobic does not have to wear special equipment or need to join the groups. The word is the adjective aerobic, which means require oxygen for life and growth.

Movement in aerobic allows oxygen to reach the body muscles. Some types of aerobic exercise are swimming, jogging, and cycling. Speed of oxygen to muscle same with muscle needs oxygen to itself.

Aerobic sport should be done by adults at least 20 - 30 minutes each day. Aerobic exercise can be done with simple activities such as walking or cycling, with the heating time for 5 - 10 minutes, then automatically the flow of blood will flow smoothly into the working muscles.
Regular exercise can increase HDL - cholesterol blood up to 25%. So thuspossible to reduce HDL cholesterol level.
