Anemia is a condition of decreased red blood cell level ( hemoglobin ). Normal hemoglobin level in women around 12 mg / dl and in men 14mg / dl. Low red blood cell level condition is quite dangerous to the body, asred blood cells have an important role as an oxygen carrier and the oxygen required by other bodies.

Anemia adalah kondisi menurunnya kadar sel darah merah ( Hemoglobin ) seseorang di dalam darah. Kadar normal hemoglobin pada wanita sekitar 12 mg/dl dan pada pria14 mg/dl. Kondisi berkurangnya kadar sel darah merah ini cukup membahayakan tubuh, sebab sel darah merah memiliki peran penting sebagai pembawa oksigen danzat – zat yang diperlukan oleh tubuh lainnya.
