Anemia


Anemia is a condition of decreased red blood cell level ( hemoglobin ). Normal hemoglobin level in women around 12 mg / dl and in men 14mg / dl. Low red blood cell level condition is quite dangerous to the body, asred blood cells have an important role as an oxygen carrier and the oxygen required by other bodies.

With the reduced hemoglobin in the blood will usually cause a particular condition such as bleeding, nutritional disturbances and others.

Symptoms that are caused anemia:
  1. The condition of the body feels weak and listless
  2. Quick tired
  3. Concentration decreased
  4. Frequent headaches
  5. Blurry view, especially when standing from sitting.
  6. Appears pale on the eyelid, face, lips and fingertips.

Anemia can be prevented by maintaining a body condition that enough iron to available for forming red blood cells.

Iron is very important in the prevention of anemia. 
There are a lot of iron infood such as:
meat, eggs, fish, rice, beans, potatoes, papaya, apple, and some other fruitsand vegetables.

Prevention of anemia:
  1. Eat - food that contains high nutrition.
  2. In the pregnant women, regularly examined conditions.
  3. Clean and healthy living.
