Chihuahua

The Chihuahua is smallest breed dog, this dog is named after the state of Chihuahuain Mexico discovered in 1850.

Chihuahuaregistered in the first time by American Kennel Club 1905. There are two varieties of Chihuahua : the long coat and the smooth coat, also referred to as short haired.

Chihuahua breed standarts do not generally specify a hight, only a weight or description of overall proportions. Height ranges classification between 15 – 25 cm, but in extrim condition some dogs grow until 38 cm.

Overweight in Chihuahua can be grave danger to dog’s health, shortening life and leading to diabetes. This dog requires veterinary attention, because this breed are also prone to some genetic animalies and some disease such as :

• Epilepsy
• Seizure
• Hydrocephalus
• Moleras
• Hypoglycemia
