Gout arthritis is a
clinical syndrome that caused by tissue inflammatory reaction to the formation
of monosodium uric crystals monohydrate. Gout is metabolic disorders with
kinetic disorder of uric acid, which causes increased levels of uric acid in
the blood.
Initially uric acid
does not cause interference with the body,
but the formation of
monosodium uric monohydrate crystals which often cause pain.
Gout is following with
Arthritis
(inflammation): Joints pain symtoms, swelling, redness, heat and movement
disorders in the joints.
TOFI (accumulation of
uric acid which is surrounded onsinoval inflammation, cartilage, bursa and soft

metabolic is caused by formation of excess uric acid because of other diseases

2. Uric acid decreased
expenses through the kidneys include:
Gout primary renal
caused by uric acid disorder at the expense of the distal tubule of healthy
kidneys.
Gout secondary renal
damage caused by the kidney such as renal failure.
3. Increased intake of
foods rich in purines (the compoundsthat altered the uric acid in the body)
such as meat (duck, pigeon), seafood(oysters, crab, shrimp), nuts (cashew,
blinjo), spinach, cauliflower, greenbeans, kale , mustard greens, asparagus,
durian, canned food, alcoholic beverages (prevent the release of purines
through the kidneys).
