2. Circumcision will cause loss of androgen that resulting in atrophy of the prostate gland. Within 2 - 3 weeks after circumcision so the prostate gland then began reduction with atrophy, and within 6 to 8 weeks prostate gland have minimized.
3. The way of surgery with two incisions on the wrappers of gland can cause reduction glands, loss of pain and prevent retention of urine and facilitate defecation.
