There are simple solution for overcoming insomnia is namely with consuming grape, because in grape contain melantonin hormone that be required so that we sleepy and sleep. 1 portion of grape or equivalent with consuming 6 - 8 grape be assessed as a beginning overcoming insomnia, more than anything else will be more be good if consuming grape be accompanied consuming milk as a additional of nutrition during sleep so that when wake up sleep body become fresh and relax.
