c. Enzymatic.
In Enzymatic with streptokinase, pankreatikdornase,
trypsin and streptodornasethat can dissolve necrotic tissue without damaging
the cells that alive.
d. Biological.
Biologically, dead tissue will be fagositosis by
proteolytic microorganisms andproducing of pus. If producing of pus is not
constrained, then the wounds willclean themselves and occur the process of
closure by healthy granulationtissue, causing spontaneous healing. This process
will longer and produce a lotof granulation tissue causing scar poorly.
3. Drainage.
This action is done with
purpose of therapeutic is draining fluid thataccumulated at the wound and
prophylaxis to prevent accumulation of fluid atthe new wound. Installation of
drain can not through the wound of origin, mustbe made another new injury. Use
of this drain also has side effects such willbe easy the spread of infection,
when the congestion will change function askorpora aliena, loss of exudate
