Vitamin isnutrient without calorie that be required for the metabolism of body and havespecial function as a co-factor to reaction of enzymatic. Vitamin cannot beproduced by human being body, but can be obtained from daily food.

Vitamin differentiated to become two type include vitaminthat fat soluble ( A,D,E and K ), vitamin that water soluble ( B and C ). Ifconsumption of vitamin soluble in fat excessing so can be kept in body, and forthe vitamin that water soluble will be excretion. This matter make excessvitamin soluble in fat sometime can cause poisoned that seldom happened atvitamin that water soluble. On the contrary, deficiencies symptom happened atvitamin that water soluble because this vitamin cannot be kept in body tissue.
Vitamin A and beta-carotene.Vitamin A is an essential nutrient that have function maintaining health ofeyes, keeps skin smooth, reducing the risk of heart attack, and wards offcancer. Beta-carotene is compound that makes up red, orange and yellow pigmentsin plants, in the body will be converted into vitamin A. The natural sources ofvitamin A are liver ( beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish ), raw carrots, sweetpotatoes, winter squash, spinach, cantaloupe, kale, butter, leafy vegetables,venttani, and broccoli leaves.

Vitamin B.Thiamin or Vitamin B1 is important for functions of mental and memory, toconvert blood sugar to energy, forms red blood cells, and maintains skeletalmuscle. The most common sources are wheat germ, ham, beef liver, peanuts, greenpeas, pork, sunflower seeds, whole grains, beans, seafood, blackstrap molasses,and yellow egg.

Riboflavin or Vitamin B2 is important for releasing energy from food, normalgrowth and development, normal red blood cells, making body’s hormones, andprotects against cancer and anemia. The most common natural sources are beefliver, milk, yogurt, avocados, collard greens, chicken, leafy green vegetables,fruit and almonds.

Niacin or Vitamin B3 is important to detoxifying chemicals, releasing energyfrom food to making hormones, required for proper metabolism of carbohydrates,fats and protein, essential for healthy skin, proper blood circulation and thefunctioning of the central nervous system. The most common natural sources arechicken, salmon, beef, peanut butter and potatoes, tuna, brewer's yeast, beans,and sunflower seeds.
