RECOVERY PASCA TRAVELLING


Frequently after travelling long time will potential experiencing of pain, stiff, and weakness of body, especially at the back and feet because forced on course sit long time so that feet stay in static position which cause heaping of fluid at body underside and blood stream become less fluent as a effect of feet bended long time, then usually arising swelling and feel pain at feet.

Therefore need recovery pasca travelling in order to do not become activity barrier.

To eliminate swelling of feet be suggested to doing exercise of pumping action is lift higher feet than heart with feet be leaned at wall or sprag of feet with pillow, so that blood stream became fluent and better if ankle of feet moved forwards and backward. At this position, heaping of fluid at body underside will back again be poured into heart to then be regulated repeat again and be conducted again to entire body. Exercise of pumping action also as a effect of relaxation at body. Swelling of feet also can be overcome with soaked feet using water warm in order to circulation of blood became fluent and lessen muscle stress also lessen pain.

Feel pain at waist and the back can be overcome by doing exercise that good for lessening stress of muscle, as follow :
  1. Both hand be put at backside. Push forwards and hold up 5 second, then return to position of early. Repeat till 10 times.
  2. Body lay down with chest down ward with feet rather is opened. The hand hold up body. Lift body to up, if back felt pain, body can be lifted half. Holding up 5 second, then return to position of early. Repeat till 10 times.
  3. Body lay down with chest down ward, lift left hands and right feet to up. Go down and replace lift right hands and left feet to up. Repeating till 10 times.
  4. Body lay down with chest down ward with both hand be put at backside, lift body. Repeat till 10 times.
  5. Supine body, lift feet and relying on wall. Moving ankle go forward and retreat. Repeat till 10 movement. If not strong to lift feet to up, may sprag of feet with pillow so that higher than heart.
