Nala Navy Ship

KRI Nala is one of the Indonesia Navy destroyers warships equipped with missiles type. This frigate type ship built in Holland in 1980 by the shipyard named Wilton Fijenoord in Schiedam.






Specifications:
  • Length: 83.85 meters

  • Draft: 3.3 meters
  • Power: 2 hp 8000 diesel engines and gas turbine 1 booest shp 22.360
  • Speed: 30 knots
  • Weight: 1450 tons

Armament and Equipment : 
  1. Same type of missile with KRI Fatahillah, Aerospatiale MM-38 Exocet
  2. WM28 1 Bofors cannon 120/62 caliber 120 mm and the control system by Signaal WM28
  3. 2 gun cannon anti-aircraft attack 20 mm caliber - Rheinmetall
  4. Anti-submarine mortar Bofors 375 mm with double barrel.
  5. Radar Racal Decca AC1229 (for surface) and Signaal WM 28 (for air radar).
  6. PHS Signaal sonar system 32.
  7. Cheat using Knebworth Corvus 8 tubed launchers and Mk 1 T-6 torpedo decoy
