Microscope

Humans have a limited vision, to see objects such as micro-sized cells and other various small organisms, the human using a tool called microscope.
Kinds of microscope :
Microscope generally be divided into two, namely a light microscope and electron microscope. The name is taken based from the source shadows builder to be used.
Light microscope using light as a source of reflection and electron microscope using electron.

Light microscope
This type of microscope is able to enlarge objects up to 1000 times., Able to see objects that have diameter 0.2 micrometer. Light microscope work based on the principles of optics since first discovered around 300 years ago. Robert Hooke using this type of microscope to analyze and find the cells.

Electron microscope
Electron microscope is a type of microscope that was created to overcome the limitations of the light microscope, the problem is limited vision, so inhibit cells research measuring less than 0.2 micrometer.
Electron microscope can enlarge our vision capability up to 1 nanometer. With this capability allows people to be able to see a special protein molecule or acid core.

In general, electron microscope is divided into two namely:
Transmission Electron Microscope ( TEM )
TEM or transmission electron microscope is actually a vertical tube televise with the electron emission source is located at the top and at the bottom of the screen.
Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM )
In general, the working principles of this microscope is the same as the TEM, but the result picture is an image three-dimensional.
